Returns Policy


If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact us at hello@gethavenskye.com and provide your order details, including photos of the products and packaging, within 3 days of delivery. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@gethavenskye.com within three days of delivery. Include your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line so we can promptly review and respond to your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund will be made for products that have been used or opened. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost for your items, and delivery shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend considering using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance when returning items.
