Does Haven Skye test on animals? 


Haven Skye products are NOT tested on animals. 


Does Haven Skye products use natural ingredients? 


Yes we do. Our products are made with natural and naturally derived ingredients that protect and maintain your skin. 


Can I use Haven Skye products while pregnant? 


Our products are made from natural ingredients to keep skin healthy and maintained. We recommend speaking with your doctor prior to use if you’re pregnant or think you may be. 


What fragrances are in Haven Skye products?

How often should I use Haven Skye products?

Haven Skye products have a 12 month shelf life and should be used within 6 months of opening.

I received the wrong order. What should I do? 


That’s not cool! We’re sorry for the mix up with your order. Please contact us at hello@gethavenskye.com. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the products you received and a photo of the shipping label or packing slip. 


Please note all order issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We will get back to you asap.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD).  


Please note your bank may convert your home country's currency to Australian Dollars (AUD) and may charge a fee for this. Please contact your bank for additional information. 


Shipping:

Where are Haven Skye products shipped from? 


Haven Skye products are shipped and sold from Sydney, Australia. 


Will I be charged customs and import duty on my order?


Depending on your country, you may be responsible for any import charges that may apply to you from your country's customs or government agency.  


It is also your responsibility to ensure that you can import Haven Skye products into your country. We are not responsible for any orders held by your country’s customs or other government agencies. Please check with your local country’s requirements before placing an order.
